In the subject line, tell us what you need help with (for example, “Can’t access my course”).

In the email message, describe your problem in as much detail as possible, including what you did to ATTEMPT to get the result you wanted, the result that actually occurred, and any error messages or other things you might have seen.

Bottom line, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of as quickly as humanly possible.

Keep in mind we have a small, but dedicated team. We’re not Amazon or Costco. So… We typically reply within ONE to TWO business days (most of the time ONE, but occasionally TWO).
